I am c. bernard wiley aka celo (pronounced “see-low”), and for as long as I can remember, I've always been interested in clothing. Growing up I got the opportunity to watch my dad put himself together. he was a pastor and He was deliberate in what he chose to wear every sunday; Every detail mattered; from the way he played with color through his ties, pocket square, and socks. But the thing I remember most was how he laid out every item on the bed to match each part and then put it together and hung it up for the next morning. It's from my father’s example, that Inspired me to dress a certain way.  Even in casual clothes, i will match every item to make sure of maximum affect and always wear a belt, no sagging!  From that idea, i began working in retail.  I started with al's formal wear and then on to k & G  fashions superstore in houston. 

I was instrumental in assisting customers with their wardrobe and it lead me to where i am today...introducing 'the distinguished gentleman' in houston, texas!  I had a great mentor in my father and his legacy as a distinguished gentleman lives on in my continued experience as a custom clothier and my custom made-2-measure service. My career began in 1997 when I worked as an consultant @ al's formal wear of houston.  I then continued with stops at k&G fashions superstore as well as working @ footlocker.  i had a brief stint @ kMart warehouse and go on to learn and understand the back end and transporting of product to the stores. I continue to help men, and even women, be effortlessly stylish, daily. With my keen eye for the subtleties of an individual's personality and a knack for understanding lifestyle needs.
